Danielle invited artist & composer Zain Alam to develop his multichannel audiovisual installation at The Rockaway Hotel’s inaugural artist residency program. Meter & Light enacts in miniature and in music, the interlocking rhythms of time in Muslim life. Alam’s residency also included a series of special performances and artist talks.
